Went to see the Avengers for the fourth time, since one of my friends has been trying and trying and never managed to make it with the rest of us. I know, I know, such a chore. But I'm a giver, you know? Always willing to sacrifice for others.

*looks noble*

Best part of the whole thing? Aside from the actual viewing, of course, which is *always* wonderful.

My non-slasher (or fanfic aware) friend as we're waiting for the second after the credits scene: You didn't tell me that the romantic angle was Bruce and Tony!

Me: They're Science Bros forever!

Her: Tony's the damsel in distress! It's *awesome*!

I want to buy Hawkeye/Avengers trades and gorge myself on them but I can't decide which ones to buy.

WOE.

You know what this means? 

I'm going to be rearranging my comics this weekend and rereading all the Avengers stuff I own.

1. Repeat it with me now: I do not actually NEED the Avengers LEGOS sets. I do not. *eyes them* But- but- I want them. I want them an awful lot.

2. Why is there no Codex Alera porn? Don't make me write it people. I will bring down the tone of the entire fandom! Don't think I won't!

3. I just got the pleasure of warning someone to run the hell away from LKH books. If only I could have stopped her from spending money on them (second hand) in the first place. Perhaps she'll listen and ritually burn them...

4. I will not buy really obnoxious and noisy toys for Evesdottir until she's old enough to really get all the potential from them.

5. I want a preK/Kindergarten style fic with Harry & Co. I know there's been one, and it was fun and giggly. I want more.

6. I should stop screwing around and get back to writing. So close to having another finished section of the Crowning. Procrastination is a way of life!

7. The Avengers is trying to make me see it in 3D. I don't want to! 3D gives me a headache and it's a fucking gimmick.

Also, very hard to type with cat lying on my arms.
